We will use the personal information provided by the customer at the time of application for the tour to the extent necessary to arrange the tour services provided by the transportation and accommodation agencies (the main transportation and accommodation agencies are described in the contract document) for the tour applied for by the customer and to the extent necessary for the procedures to receive such services. - ・Provision of your personal information to third parties
We will provide your name, gender, age, address, telephone number or e-mail address, passport number, and credit card number to the transportation and lodging agencies, insurance companies, etc., and agents for making arrangements, to the extent necessary for the arrangements for the travel services you have requested and for the procedures for receiving such services, or to the extent necessary for the procedures for insurance to cover our liability under the travel contract and expenses in the event of accidents. - ・Inquiries, disclosure, deletion, and correction of customer personal information
